مطالعه تطبیقی شهر هوشمند با شهرجهانی : مفاهیم و رهیافت ها

چکیده
جهانی شدن بواسطه تحولات چشمگیر در زمینه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، تکنولوژیکی و اجتماعی موجب ظهور مدل های جدیدی از شهرها شده است. به‌طوری که طرح مفهوم شهر هوشمند به عنوان استراتژی ای برای حل مسایل ناشی از رشد جمعیت شهری و شهرنشینی فزاینده توجه اندیشمندان و پژوهشگران حوزه شهری را به خود جلب کرده است. مفهوم شهروند هوشمند عوامل مختلفی مانند تمایل به یادگیری مادام العمر، کثرت گرایی اجتماعی ، انعطاف-پذیری، خلاقیت، جهان وطنی و مشارکت در زندگی عمومی را دربرمی‌گیرد. شهر هوشمند با تاکید بر واقعیت مجازی«حاد واقعیت» را بر واقعیت ناب ترجیح داده است و در جهت قوام بخشی به پروژه های سرمایه داری در وضعیت پست مدرن کمک کرده است. بر این اساس، موضوع پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تطبیقی شهر هوشمند با شهرجهانی است؛ لذا، این پژوهش با روش توصیفی نخست به مفهوم شهر هوشمند و جهانی و شاخص های آن می پردازد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش ها می باشد که شهر هوشمند و شهر جهانی چه تفاوت ها و شباهت هایی دارند؟ نتایج حاصل عبارت از این است که شهر هوشمند شهری است که بر الگوی توسعه درون زا به تاکید دارد در حالی که شهر جهانی بر الگوی توسعه برونزا تاکید دارد.
